Retail7 Regional Field Manager

PART TIME: 4 days per week – Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon (some flexibility required)

FIXED TERM CONTRACT: Until the end of January with possibility of extension

SALARY: Competitive Salary + Company Car

WORKING: 8:30am – 6pm, 4 Days over 7



Due to rapid expansion Retail7 are looking for talented individuals with the passion, enthusiasm and flair to make a significant contribution to our field management team



  • Managing a team of field-based Retail Promoters to achieve and exceed client objectives across one or multiple regions
  • Lead your field team, instilling a passion for performance and delivering ROI for the client
  • Analysing team / individual RSS weekly sales performance versus target
  • Undertake field team accompaniments and mystery shop visits
  • Provide regular motivational and directional communication to the field team (via weekly conference call, phone, e-mail or face to face), in line with account needs or as directed.
  • Implement and drive any KPI’s, PDP’s, appraisals and review in line with HR process or as required by the client or Account Manager.
  • Attend product training days and assist the Account Manager in the delivery of these sessions
  • Build a strong working relationship with Account Manager & client in order to provide any extra support as required



  • Previous management of a promoter field team is essential
  • Training background preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience within the technology industry
  • Understanding of current products/categories (with a high degree of technical understanding) within the mobile phone industry
  • A background in retail/consumer electronics; field based
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
  • Proven experience of managing poor performance and dealing with difficult situations
