Full Time, Permanent 

 

Salary: Negotiable + company Car + 20% bonus opportunity

 

Working: 5 days per week 8:30am – 6pm

 

Location: This is a multi-locational role. Primarily based from Retail7 head office in Marlow you will also be required to work out in the field and spend time hot-desking in the clients office

 

Due to rapid expansion Retail7 are looking for talented individuals with the passion, enthusiasm and flair to make a significant contribution to our head office management team

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Delivering results through effective management, coaching and development of a strategic field team in the best-in-class field marketing and sales solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of the clients business in order to achieve and exceed aggressive sales and category growth targets
  • This is a key management role with responsibility for the direction, execution and review of the clients field marketing activity within agreed financial parameters
  • This is a critical role for ensuring that key client strategy, objectives and Brand messaging is passed through to the team and reported back with constant feedback and development
  • You will lead, coach and engage the field team daily, through face to face visits and video conferences to ensure they have everything they need to tell the correct brand story and deliver as the best in class retail experience team

 

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Previous account management and people management experience within mobile technology or consumer electronics (essential)
  • A proven track record in growing accounts and team management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships at senior level
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Your location will be within a commutable distance to our head office in Marlow
  • Held a full UK driving licence (minimum 12 months)
