    • Proven track record of delivering against challenging sales targets.
    • Previous working experience within the mobile phone industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport easily.
    • Experience of managing and developing a territory with effective journey planning.
    • Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)

  • Retail Support Specialist

    • Experience of managing and developing a territory with effective journey planning.
    • Previous working experience within the mobile phone industry
    • An ability to apply knowledge with initiative and without supervision
    • Sales focused.

  • South England (ideal base location Reading or surrounding areas)

    • Previous field / people management experience essential.
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience within the mobile phone industry.
    • Understanding of current products/categories (with a high degree of technical understanding) within the mobile phone industry.
    • A background in retail/consumer electronics; field based.
    • Proven experience of managing poor performance and dealing with difficult situations.
    • Experience of coaching and mentoring individuals
